Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (RAKKIT GbR, Unter den Eichen 20, 21465 Reinbek, Germany, Tel .: +49 171-8679737, E-Mail: can@rakkit.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. B. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, which is not mandatory. To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this agreement. We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such a refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for such a refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

We shall bear the costs of the return of the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of revocation

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging and soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide sufficient protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
